FAQS – Summer of fun PASS

The Chuck E. Cheese App is the best way to see and use your Summer Fun Pass benefits. We highly recommend buying in the App at least 4 hours in advance of your store visit to allow time for your Pass Benefits to Load. The App is available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

You can purchase the Summer Fun Pass online, daily from 7a – 12 midnight Central Standard Time. You will still be required to create a Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account upon check-out and download the App after purchase. We highly recommend buying in the App at least 4 hours in advance of your store visit to allow time for your Pass Benefits to Load.

1. Go to chuckecheese.com/pass & click BUY NOW!
2. Select “Pick-up” and choose your favorite Chuck E. Cheese location (actual pick-up not required)
3. Choose the Pass best for you and your family.
4. Review your confirmation e-mail instructions to download the Chuck E. Cheese App.

If you are heading to a participating Chuck E. Cheese immediately, it would be better to buy your Summer Fun Pass when you arrive in-store. When you buy online or through the App, your Pass benefits can take up to 4 hours to load into your Rewards member account, and we don’t want you to miss out on your special savings.

There are 3 ways to purchase including the Chuck E. Cheese App, the Chuck E. Cheese Website (chuckecheese.com/pass), from June 1^st through August 28^th and in store at participating locations from June 6^th through August 28^th. Please note:  the earliest redemption of Summer of Pass package offers cannot occur before June 6, 2022 and all Summer Fun Pass items are valid during this period and for redemption in store only, at participating locations.

It can take up to 4 hours for all items to be added to your Rewards member account. If you are buying online or through the App, ensure that you purchase at least 4 hours in advance of visiting a participating Chuck E. cheese.

The App is the best and easiest way to get the most out of your Summer Fun Pass. You can see the Pass Rewards available, full details and scan them at the register to redeem. If you are unable to use the App, visit your favorite location and provide the cast member with the phone number you used to purchase your Summer Fun Pass and register your Rewards Account. Each Summer of Fun Pass Member will be required to present the App or identify using the phone number associated with their Rewards Account at the register to redeem each offer.

You may just need to refresh your App’s home screen! Go to the home screen of the App and pull down on the page to refresh your information. Remember, you also must be logged into the same Rewards account you used when purchasing your Summer Fun Pass (in-store or online).

Nope! You can use your Summer Fun Pass at any participating Chuck E. Cheese location in the United States and Canada.

• Mobile App – Purchases on the App are available daily from 7a – 12 midnight Central Standard Time: If you purchase through the App, you will receive the following items for redemption in the App after 4 hours:  First Game Play Card, your Welcome Gifts, including E-tickets; cotton candy; Pass Member Lanyard; mini tote bag; mini beach ball, and allotted collectible cup(s), and a Savings Pass to use on your First Visit. For the remainder of items, you will receive those items after your First Visit to use on your Next Visit over the Period in accordance with the package you purchased. Delivery of your First Visit items to your Rewards Member account may take up to 4 hours.
• Online – Purchases on the Website are available daily from 7a – 12 midnight Central Standard Time: If you purchase online, you can redeem the following items in-store after 4 hours:  First Game Play Card, your Welcome Gifts, including E-tickets; cotton candy; Pass Member Lanyard; mini tote bag; mini beach ball, and allotted collectible cup(s), and a Savings Pass to use on your First Visit. For the remainder of items, you will receive those items after your First Visit to use on your Next Visit over the Period in accordance with the package you purchased. You may redeem the items in two ways: 1.) Download the Chuck E. Cheese App, log-in with the Rewards account information you provided during online checkout after 4 hours, or 2.) Visit a participating Chuck E. Cheese location and provide the mobile number associated with your Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account to receive your items after 4 hours. Delivery of your First Visit items to your Rewards Member account may take up to 4 hours.
• In-store – If you purchase a Summer Fun Pass at your local Chuck E. Cheese: You will immediately receive your First Game Play Card and other perks (Welcome Gifts, including E-tickets; cotton candy; Pass Member Lanyard; mini tote bag; mini beach ball, and allotted collectible cup). You may also use the applicable Summer Fun Pass Savings Pass to save on qualifying items on this transaction.

Summer Fun Pass can be redeemed starting June 6 through August 28, 2022 (all summer long) in-store at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations.

You will receive your Game Play Cards one at a time to use on separate visits, and the 30 Minutes will need to be used on the same visit. Your game play begins once redeemed and is activated in-store with the first game played. Unused minutes expire at end of day and cannot be transferred or carried over to your next visit.

Effective Monday, June 27, 2022, all 30-Minute game play cards are being upgraded to 60-Minutes for all Fun, Funner & Funnest Summer Fun Pass members. If you purchased a Summer Fun Pass before June 27th and have already redeemed 30-Minute play cards, you will be awarded an additional 30-Minute play card in your account to use any time between now and 8/28/22. The number of additional Play Cards awarded will be in direct correlation to the number you redeemed prior to June 27, 2022. All Summer Fun Pass members that purchase on or after June 27, 2022 will receive the upgraded 60 Minutes of game play per visit.

You will receive Play Cards based upon the Summer Fun Pass package you purchased. Once a card is received, the play time on the card will expire at the end of day. Any card not issued and redeemed by the end of the day August 28, 2022 will be forfeited.

• The first card will be given on the first visit (all Summer of Fun Pass packages)
• The second card will be available in the App or using your Chuck E. Cheese Rewards phone number in-store the day after the first visit (all Summer of Fun Pass packages)
• The third card will arrive the day after the second visit (all Summer of Fun Pass packages)
• The fourth card will arrive the day after the third visit (Funner & Funnest packages only)
• The fifth card will arrive the day after the fourth visit (Funnest Package, only)

Once a card is received, the play time on the card will expire at the end of day.  Any card not issued and redeemed by the end of the day August 28, 2022 will be forfeited.

Play Time cannot be split on to separate cards. You may pause your time once by request or using an in-store kiosk (if available). Unused time expires at the end of day of activation.

Play time may not be split. To add additional play time, remember to use your Savings Pass on your visit to save on Game Play, Food & Beverages.

Your Savings Pass may be used once per day starting on the day you purchase your pass through 8/28/22. You may only apply your Savings Pass to one transaction during your visit. You will receive the next day’s Savings Pass the following day to use on your next visit.

A Savings Pass can be applied at the end of your transaction on applicable items, including Game Play, Food and Beverages. Savings Pass can only be used once per day during the Period and is not valid on alcohol, gift cards, kiosk sales, summer fun passes, birthday parties, group events or delivery and carryout orders placed at chuckecheese.com or through third parties.

Welcome gifts include E-tickets, Pass Member Lanyard, Chuck E. Cheese Tote Bag, Chuck E. Cheese Mini Beach Ball, Collectible Cup with FREE refills for the life of the cup and a regular bag of Cotton Candy. E-tickets vary by Pass purchase – 500 E-tickets for Fun pass, 1,000 E-tickets for Funner pass and 2,000 E-tickets for the Funnest pass. Funnest pass members also receive 2 Collectible Cups with FREE refills for the life of the cup!

These offers are available to use on the day following your Summer Fun Pass purchase and first visit. They cannot be used on your first visit. You will receive them in your Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account and App following your first visit (the day you redeem your First Game Play Card).

The Bring A Friend for $1 is available for Funner and Funnest Pass Members only and includes one (1) 30-Minute All You Can Play Card for a friend or guest between 8/22 – 8/28/22. Activation of Play Card or Play Band is not included.

The Birthday Party Discount is only available for one-time use on any reserved Birthday Party package and expires 9/2/2023. The Party must be held on or before this date. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons.

This perk is available for Funner, Funnest Pass Members only, on Friday, 7/1 and 8/5. Our Chuck E. Cheese locations will open 30-minutes prior to normal business hours for exclusive Play Time! Check your local store on our website for store hours and present your Pass Member lanyard upon arrival.

This is an added perk for guests that purchase a Summer Fun Pass online or in the Chuck E. Cheese App, that provides a bonus 30-Minute Play Card to use between September 1 and September 30, 2022.  Like the other game Play Cards, your game play begins once the Online Bonus Play Card is activated in-store with the first game played. Unused minutes expire at end of the day activated and cannot be transferred or carried over to your next visit.

No, you must buy the Summer Fun Pass online to receive the Online Bonus Play Card.

Each Summer Fun Pass is linked to your personal Rewards Account. Do not forget that Funner and Funnest Pass Members receive a Bring A Friend for $1 Play Card to use the week of 8/22/22-8/28/22.

No, the Summer Fun Pass purchase is final and non-refundable nor is it redeemable for cash.

Yes, you are able to purchase a Summer Fun Pass in-store at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations. You can also use gift cards as a form of payment when purchasing online. Note: Only one (1) gift card can be used per transaction when purchasing a Summer Fun Pass online through a mobile device.  To pay with multiple gift cards, you must pay in-store or online through a desktop computer.
