What is Chuck E. Cheese Rewards?
As a member of the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards program, you earn Rewards Points on every visit and unlock exclusive offers.
Who is eligible to join Chuck E. Cheese Rewards?
Chuck E. Cheese Rewards is available to enrolled members at participating Chuck E. Cheese restaurants in the United States.
You may enroll in Chuck E. Cheese Rewards if you: (1) are a legal resident of the United States; (2) at least 13 years of age at the time you enroll; (3) have an active, valid e-mail address; and (4) are a human being. Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, or other legal entities are prohibited from participating, and ineligible to participate, in Chuck E. Cheese Rewards.
Chuck E. Cheese Rewards is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only Chuck E. How do I sign up for Chuck E. Cheese rewards?
Download Chuck E. Cheese App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and create an account.
When you create your account, you will need to input your name, email, phone number and your favorite Chuck E. Cheese location.
What are Reward Points?
One (1) Reward Point is earned for every dollar you spend. Once you reach 50, 100 or 200 Reward Points, you can redeem these Reward Points for your choice of items.
Rewards accumulated under Chuck E. Cheese Rewards are promotional and have no cash value.
You will begin to unlock rewards once you meet the point threshold. Once you have selected a reward all other items will be locked until you cross that points threshold again.
How do I add receipts to my account?
When you purchase an item, you can then scan the barcode on the receipt(s) or type the number from the receipt(s) to receive your points inside of the Chuck E. Cheese App.
Is the new Chuck E. Cheese App or membership in Chuck E. Cheese Rewards free?
Yes, membership in Chuck E. Cheese Rewards and downloading the new Chuck E. Cheese App are FREE!

Why didn’t I get a barcode on my receipt?
If you redeem a reward during your purchase, we automatically add your new reward points to your account.
Can I get my point back once I used it?
No, you cannot. Once you use your point, it will deduct from your account.
Who can enroll in Chuck E. Cheese rewards?
You can enroll in Chuck E. Cheese rewards if you are:
1) legal resident of the United States
2) have an active, valid e-email address
3) at least 13 years of age at the time you enroll with parent supervision or legal guardian.
How do the reward level work?
Your rewards points are earned when you have purchase an item, then you scan the barcode on the receipt(s) or type the number from the receipt(s) to receive your points! Each of the items in our rewards tier has a cost of either 50, 100, or 200 points (see the chart below). Once you earn 50, 100 or 200 points, you will unlock that rewards tier and you can choose which item you would like to redeem with your points.

How do I check my Reward Points balance? And how do I redeem my points?
Your balance can be found by logging into your account and redeem your points as well!
Do my reward points expire?
Reward points will expire 365 calendar days from the date earned.
