What is the offer?
- The Chuck E. Cheese $17.99 per hour All You Can Play Games Pass is a limited time offer starting Monday, August 1 through Thursday, September 8, 2022 (the “Offer”) and is available only our Chuck E. Cheese app (the “App).
- You can download the App in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
What do I need to do to receive the Offer?
- Must download and use Chuck E. Cheese App and enter “SAYYES” under “Offers” to receive Offer.
- You must also have a Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account.
Now that I have received the Offer, where can I redeem the Offer and purchase the All You Can Play Games Pass?
- Only redeemable Mondays-Thursdays from 8/1 – 9/8/22 (“Offer Period”)
- Offer may only be redeemed once during the Offer Period
- At participating locations only. The following locations are not participating:
- All Canada locations
- All Hawaii locations
- Jackson, MS
- Tupelo, MS
- Monroe, LA
- Redding, CA
- Billings, MT
- Fargo, ND
What is the cost to purchase an All You Can Play Games Pass?
- $17.99 (each), plus sales tax and activation fee
- You may purchase up to four (4) one hour All You Can Play Games Pass cards at $17.99 each using the Offer all of which must be purchased in one single transaction.
How does the All You Can Play Games Pass work?
Are there rules for using the All You Can Play Games Pass?
Yes. Your use of the All You Can Play Pass is governed by and subject to our Play Pass Terms which can be found at https://staging.chuckecheese.com/play-pass-terms/.
Can I use my All You Can Play Game Play Cards on separate visits?
No. Unused time expires at the end of the day and cannot be transferred or carried over to your next visit.
If I purchase just one All You Can Play Games Pass using the Offer, can I split the hour of play time onto separate cards?
No. Play Time cannot be split on to separate cards. You may pause your time once by request or using an in-store kiosk (if available).
As a reminder, you may purchase up to four (4) one hour All You Can Play Games Pass play cards at $17.99 each using the Offer all of which must be purchased in one single transaction.
Can my children share the Play Time with the Summer Fun Pass or any other offer?
No. All You Can Play Games Pass hour of play time cannot be combined with any other offer, including but not limited to, Summer Fun Pass.
Additional Information
- Activation fee of the All You Can Play Games Pass(es) is not included in Offer price and will be applied to your purchase.
- Sales Tax is not included in the Offer price and will be applied to your purchase.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged All You Can Play Pass card(s).
- The Offer cannot be combined with Summer Fun Pass, any other coupon, offer, or discount.
- You are not permitted to transfer or share the Offer or your All You Can Play Game Pass benefits to anyone else because each All you Can Play Pass you purchase is linked to your personal Rewards Account for one time use/redemption from 8/1 – 9/8/22.
- Your All You Can Play Games Pass purchase is not refundable.
